Henry Sigg | President and Principal Broker

Henry has lived in Park City since 1978. His experience spans working with buyers and sellers in residential, commercial and investment real estate. As a real estate developer, Broker and General Contractor his expertise includes pre-construction and new development opportunities as well as the representation of existing Park City communities. Henry’s knack for identifying unique property opportunities has contributed to the successful development of over 300 condominiums, homes and commercial projects through out the Park City area.

A graduate of The University of Colorado, with an MBA from The University of Phoenix in real estate development and marketing henry received his real estate brokers license in 1983. A general contractors license 1993 and the opening of Summit Point Realty has facilitated his rise as a proven developer and marketer of real estate and given him unique insight and intuition about all things related to Park City real estate.

Henry has a long standing corporate and personal commitment to philanthropy in park city causes including The Mountain Trails Foundation, KPCW Community Radio, Summit Land Conservancy and Make a Wish Foundation. Community spirit and involvement have earned him respect and accolade throughout the community and the state. Henry is a well known member of the Park City community. He is an avid skier , cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. He is married to Jessica and together they have four children. The Sigg family has called Park City home for the past 40 years — a “true local.”
